We have moved into Phase 2 of the Governor's Reopening Plan. The access to the courthouse will continue as in Phase 1. All services for the Rapides Parish Clerk of Court will be conducted on the first floor of our office.

In accordance with the Governor's Proclamation and the Rapides Parish Police Jury's Public
Notice, there will be limited access to the courthouse.
Starting Monday, May 18 2020 all services for the Rapides Parish Clerk of Court will be conducted on the first floor of our office.

So, in order to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community, per Court Order (Click HERE), extended Court Order (Click HERE), Police Jury Public Notice (Click HERE), our office is "open" for calls, mail, and drop offs at the back doors of the Rapides Parish Courthouse from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays) effective Monday, April 6 at 8:30 a.m.until further notice.
